The aim of the FI UPRT course is to provide the necessary training according to FCL.915 (e) (1) and to train instructors to provide training on the advanced UPRT course according to FCL.745.A.

Holder of a valid Frozen ATPL EASA Licence.

Valid Medical Class 1.

FI Rating (minimum experience of 500 hours as a Pilot, with 200 as a FI)
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE AND DURATION
The course is a theory-practical training:
- 9 Hours of Ground Instruction
- 4:30 Hours of Flight Instruction divide in 5 exercices
AIMS
The student will be able to:
- Apply strategies to mitigate the psychological and physiological effects;
- Recognize abnormal positions;
- Correctly apply recovery techniques in different scenarios.
- Demonstrate resilience to be able to recover any UPSET in the aircraft used for training.
- Demonstrate the instructional ability to achieve the objectives of the advanced UPRT course with extensive training resources.
- Manage the physiological and psychological well-being of students during training.
